Tuesday Morning Jams

Playlist from this morning. Had a great class, tons of energy. Lots of endurance intervals- gearing up like beasts and sprinting. I’ve been trying to incorporate these bursts into my classes more frequently- it really revs up the heart rate and builds up your endurance.

Currently obsessed with this one.. start off with a hill and then race down it. Obsessed. Fist pumping at my desk. It’s happening.
